Powerful Functionality
One of the fastest growing applications for flat panel technology is the expanding world of digital signage. Among the many flat-panel technologies available, plasma has emerged as the clear leader for quality, realistic images viewed from any orientation (from horizontal to vertical and all angles in between) in most any environment.
Standard Dual Screen Mode
The Pioneer® Professional Plasma Display Series has taken Picture-in-Picture (P-in-P) and Picture-out-Picture (P-o-P) to the next level. In fact, Pioneer's advanced image P-in-P functionality allows many digital signage applications without requiring additional equipment. To manage this capability requires a high level of control. That is why Pioneer developed advanced IR Remote and RS-232C control operations so that you can focus on the project, not the product.
P-in-P Display Variations
The P-in-P mode permits a number of display variations. With advanced control over images and sub-image qualities (position, size, and alpha blend), a multitude of screen configurations can be achieved and controlled. There are multiple sizes of P-in-P sub-images, which can be set in addition to the transparency of the sub-image from 0% to 80%.
P-in-P Fade In/Out
This function allows an optional fade in/out transition of the sub-picture.
Upgraded Side-by-Side Mode
Switch easily between Side-by-Side and Picture-out-Picture modes. It is also possible to select three horizontal aspect ratios for a dual-image, full-screen display. Side-by-Side mode allows switching of any image combinations between the left and right positions. Audio can also be independently switched and controlled.
